Responsibilities include:

• Understanding WTP's service offerings
• Discussing and reviewing results with clients
• Training new Associates as our business grows
• Assisting with new business development initiatives

Additionally, our Tax Associates will:

• Learn the complexities of the tax rules that apply to our business
• Assist clients with highly complex calculations required by U.S. Federal tax law
• Prepare and review the U.S. Federal tax compliance associated with our service offerings

Successful candidates will possess the following:

• Proven quantitative analytical skills
• PC proficiency including productivity software (Microsoft® Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills
• Willingness to travel to client sites
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Major in Accounting or Taxation (Tax Associates)
• "Big Four" experience and/or MST, MSA and/or CPA certification a plus (Tax Associates)
