WTP Advisors has been offering an innovative approach to tax consulting and tax technology since 2005 when Jim Fyhrie and David Wain left their positions in the Big 4 environment and launched a new endeavor called Worldwide Trade Partners. The approach then as today relies upon highly experienced, executive-level tax professionals and sophisticated technology solutions to deliver effective and affordable quantitative tax analytics, international tax, transfer pricing and export incentive services.

An innovative approach to tax consulting and technology

This novel approach proved to be very attractive to the market and the business grew rapidly from 2005 to 2014. In 2010 and 2011, respectively, Brian Schwam and Guy Sanschagrin joined forces with Jim and Dave to add more breadth and depth to the international tax and transfer pricing areas. This expansion helped to spearhead a new area of growth by developing strategic relationships with local and regional CPA firms, seamlessly partnering with them to deliver high-quality international tax and transfer pricing services for clients.

Today, WTP Advisors is a highly respected, independent firm specializing in International Tax, Export Incentives (IC-DISC), Transfer Pricing, International Valuation, and Tax Process Innovation Solutions. The firm operates throughout North America and covers over fifty countries across the globe through strategic alliances with firms worldwide. WTP Advisors continues to develop specialized technology platforms that offer intuitive, user-friendly solutions to complex tax and transfer pricing problems. Our current suite of web-based software tools, ExPortal, TransPortal, and Asset Integrity are available for third-party licensing.
