Palesa has over 20 years of experience, providing deep expertise in transfer pricing and Pillar 2 along with the interpretation of the OECD Administrative Guidance and GloBE rules. Her extensive understanding of multinational enterprises provides her with the ability to give clients Pillar 2 impact assessments, modeling for Safe Harbours, and interpretation of the application of Pillar 2 rules.

Her past transfer pricing experience includes broad industry experience in financial services, publishing, medical devices, and information technology. Her in-house experience offers a client-focused approach, optimizing tax strategies to align with corporate goals.

Additionally, Palesa has reviewed transfer pricing software provided by niche boutique providers and the Big 4. She has conducted the cost-benefit analyses of procuring transfer pricing software and understands how to support a business case for automation to senior internal stakeholders.
