Michael is a Managing Director in WTP Advisors transfer pricing and valuation practice. He has more than 20 years of industry and professional services experience concerning transfer pricing, valuation, managing new business opportunities, and process design. His expertise includes business enterprise and intangible asset valuation for tax and transactions purposes, trade flow analysis, cost-sharing, royalty rate determination, incremental profit analysis, and OECD/U.S. documentation
Michael has specialized expertise in valuation and transfer pricing concerning intangible assets. His experience includes the creation, design, and implementation of structures and related processes for intangible assets creation, use, ownership and transfer pricing compliance for multinational enterprises. He has also managed and operated these structures including due diligence and integration of intangible assets acquired in M&A and JVs, financial and functional analyses, operational and compliance documentation, and audit defenses in various jurisdictions (e.g., Germany, Belgium, China, and Viet Nam).
